We love the adventure of travel. Our passion for exploring and making it easy for others to do this is what drives us. And there’s nothing more reassuring than finding the perfect hotel, right where you want it to be.

Beginning in 2007, TravelPass Group is now becoming an influential partner in the travel industry. By 2013 we had successfully booked 1 million hotel rooms, and in early 2016 we reached 5 million hotel reservations. Together, our technology and partnerships with wholesalers and brands like Expedia and Priceline allow our family of brands to provide more than 1 million properties to choose from—more than any other online agency. Our 24/7 customer assistance has been cited as best-in-class and is available via phone, email, chat, and mobile so travelers can book accommodations and get immediate support, if needed.

Data Scientist

TravelPass Group is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Business Analytics team. Through collaboration with subject matter experts, the ideal candidate will be able to maximize value through the design and implementation of a variety of analysis projects. These projects will include the application of various data mining and advanced analytic techniques aimed at creating immediately actionable insights.

The role requires a strong background across multiple areas of statistics, programming, and business. This position is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a high-caliber team in a fast-paced company. Required Skills and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Information Systems, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Math, or related quantitative field

Content Manager

We’re seeking a Content Manager to add to the growth of TravelPass Group by bringing engaging, brand-building content to life across media platforms and other brand touch points. This individual will be responsible for the execution and measurement of content marketing that tells a cohesive story. Strong relationship building skills and the utilization of data and insights to influence others are critical to this position’s success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop seasonal messaging priorities for the brand, striking a balance between merchandising, marketing, and creative needs.
  • Manage the development of executable and measurable content marketing plans that support product marketing, seasonal campaigns, and brand events.
  • Work with content creative teams on content marketing needs. Work with internal and external teams to identify optimal assets to align with marketing objectives and engage targeted audiences.
  • Define audiences and objectives (affinity, awareness, acquisition, retention, etc.) to drive focused content creation and distribution.
  • Lead content marketing patterning and implement industry best practices, continually evolving the type and mix of content used.

Email Marketing Manager

We’re looking to hire an experienced email marketer to grow and manage our customer engagement programs. The Email Marketing Manager will drive new strategic initiatives for our email program, as well as execute, manage, and optimize established programs. This person will own programs focusing on customer lifecycle, retention, and repeat customer messaging. In addition, this position will build out our customer life-cycle messaging, with an emphasis on testing, iterating, and learning from our experiments over time as well as working closely with our Product, Social, and Business Intelligence teams to create a holistic customer experience.

General Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and optimize a broad range of email programs that encompass customer life cycle, promotional, and customer surveys.
  • Set creative and developmental direction for Creative and Development teams, including campaign objectives, messaging, and customer touchpoints.
  • Work collaboratively with Design, Content Strategy, Product Management, and Business Intelligence to identify and implement new marketing programs.
  • Identify, create, and develop customer segmentation and personalization strategies and ongoing communications plans targeted to those segments.
  • Oversee multiple projects concurrently and provide regular performance monitoring and performance updates. Maintain and execute an email calendar and coordinate with the company content calendar.
  • Continually develop, measure, and optimize campaign and portfolio testing programs. Experience with development and implementation of complex testing plans is a plus.
  • Troubleshoot program errors and drive problem resolution to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable, and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking. Automate standard data reporting methods and perform ad hoc analyses to evaluate ongoing and periodic performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in direct/database marketing or customer relationship marketing program development and/or implementation. The ideal candidate has managed outbound, B-to-C email marketing programs for 1+ years.
  • Understanding of email marketing operations, technology, testing techniques and platforms—specifically building requirements for list segmentation, workflows and triggered events.
  • Expertise in catalogue direct marketing, continuity program direct marketing in the travel and leisure industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage many marketing campaigns and segmentation strategies simultaneously.

Product Manager

We’re looking for a Product Manager who will play a key role in the development and management of the TravelPass Group travel product lines. The primary responsibility is to create surprisingly delightful and memorable user experiences with a desire to disrupt the travel industry.

The Product Manager is responsible for both management and ongoing development of the product. Responsibilities focus on identifying and assessing opportunities, defining the right product at the right time, product strategy and roadmap, evangelizing the product internally and representing the customer. Further, responsibilities are focused on creating the business case, defining business requirements directed at both consumer and client needs, efficiently and effectively communicating project progress and ensuring that project goals (quality, cost, timeline) are met. This role is high-visibility—successful candidates will have an influence at all levels within the company. Central to the success of the Product Manager is displaying a passion for the product while coordinating activities across all functions including Marketing, IT, Finance, Business Intelligence, Brand Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage core platform to define the go-forward platform/product strategy and roadmap. Develop long- and short-term strategies and tactics to maximize product success.
  • Assist in creating product positioning and messaging for marketing activities.

  • Participate in the identification, evaluation, selection, and management of third parties critical to the delivery of product objectives.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience with product development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Call Center Sales Manager

TravelPass Group is seeking an experienced sales, training and quality assurance professional to join as the Call Center Sales Manager. This position is ideal for a motivated, versatile, and highly capable leader who will contribute to the success of the offline sales teams in one local and six international contact centers.

The role requires a strong background in sales, training, and quality assurance to lead contact centers in identifying and improving areas of opportunity across multiple locations. You will manage, plan, organize and implement training and development to ensure that company sales goals are met and operational excellence is achieved. The position is also responsible for analyzing quality monitoring results and providing process training or other improvements to increase sales and improve the customer experience. The position requires ongoing communication with multiple contact centers on a daily basis, as well as a firm knowledge and understanding of sales scripting and performance.

  • Act as centralized point for sales, training, QA and customer experience across all contact centers.
  • Create sales approaches and scripts to produce favorable results with attention to customer experience and quality.
  • Coach Contact Center Leadership, Training and QA teams in sales, training and feedback skills.
  • Manage all phases of training and QA projects, including new implementations, training plan creation, training development or redesign, train the trainer, QA compliance criteria development, assessments, training tracking and follow-up assessment to evaluate and measure results.
  • Administer monthly QA calibration sessions with all contact centers.
